OK, so maybe I'll never use all of the fabric in my ever growing stash -- and , yes, I know you can only wear one pair of shoes at a time .....but doesn't it just make ya happy knowing they're there and you can look at them and hold them any time you want? (These are the pictures of yesterday's purchases that I just couldn't live without at the time -- pictures are compliments of kid #2 who would rather help his mother with computer stuff at this moment than draw a map of the Mediterranean and surrounding countries for his Social Studies homework). Anyhow, aren't those blue gardening clogs just the cutest things? -- and functional too!! And the fabric -- well the fabric just speaks for itself doesn't it?? Now , I'm sure you're wondering how the pink poodles on turquoise background made it's way into that pile -- but I guess right now I'm on a '50's kick (being an avid "I Love Lucy" fan) -- so it just had to come home with me -- maybe it'll find it's way into an apron or cute summer jammies OR part of a quilt ! (or just sit and collect dust while I enjoy just having it there to look at and compliment the very pink sewing room so well!)
Toodles,

If I had to explain why this piece of fabric or that ended up in my stash... I'd have a lot of 'splainin' to do. And, yes, cute shoes.

Mary Anne,
I love the poodles! Yes, the gardening shoes are adorable. I tried to use mine as gardening shoes, but my feet got wet whenenver I would water the flowers. So, like you, I use mine as shoes to put on really fast when I hear the garbage man coming.
